ANY game of tic-tac-toe between two seasoned players  will end in a draw, regardless of who goes first and regardless of whether the opening move is center, corner or edge. If x  opens with corner, then o  can force a draw by playing center. If x  opens with center, then o  can force a draw by playing any corner.
